Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Saral Retail We offer refund within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of your amount.
Eligibility for Refunds
• You must provide the reason of your refund.
• To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced sale may be refunded, sale with offers or discounts cannot be refunded.
• Your money will be refund after 7 days of completion of your refund process.
• Customers shall get Refund against Cancellation of order or any failed payment by way of credit to the original mode of payment - Credit/Debit Card or UPI or Net Banking or Third Party Wallet.
